  • Conversion, newbuild or a mix.
  • I am only interested in ‘dry assets’ where the yield is circa 10%+.

Boutique and Unique

  • Mixed Use and Residential conversions of buildings with an interesting history or provenance.
  • Examples include period properties, mews schemes, warehouses and industrial enclaves with individuality.
  • Up to 50 units.

Planning Gain

  • Attractive office conversions, mixed use or newbuild commercial and residential schemes.
  • Harnessing our design ethos, we obtain full planning permissions for onward disposal.
