  • Sites in Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire developed for Malins Affordable Homes, thus well priced secondary city centre locations.
  • Commercial investment where the yield is circa 10%+ and High yielding mixed use or residential blocks.

DEVELOPMENT (developed for onward sale)

  • Interesting boutique residential conversion/mixed use opportunities in fringe London locations – ideally South, South West and West London.

DEVELOPMENT (affordable housing)

  • Sites for up to 30 affordable homes (including those required by way of S106)
  • Land & works package deals for smaller new build S106 opportunities
