Lauren is the Patron of charity Aurora New Dawn and previously held senior leadership positions at numerous blue chip companies in Switzerland, New York and the City of London.

Matthew was appointed in 2014. A graduate in Business Administration from the University Of Bath, he subsequently qualified as a Chartered Accountant whilst working in a large UK practice, and is a fellow of the ICAEW.
Prior to joining The Malins Group, he held a key financial role on the management team of a rapidly expanding Gym operator.
Matthew is responsible for the finance function and financial reporting within the Group.

His remit includes overseeing rent reviews, lease renewals, new lettings. With many tenants in situ for over two decades, Ashley is committed to nurturing long-term, positive landlord-tenant relationships, an essential pillar of the Group’s management ethos.

David also manages preventative maintenance strategies, statutory compliance, and remedial works. He plays a key role in procurement, contractor oversight, health & safety governance and contributes to project appraisals, cost planning, and early design review.
